Yes. We provide full custom formulation for new brands. For a completely new brand with full custom formulation, a sample/development fee of USD 1,000 (or equivalent) is charged. If you proceed with bulk production, this fee is deducted from the first order. You may request further sample revisions until the sample is approved. If no bulk order follows, the fee is non-refundable.

For fully customized perfume and makeup products, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces. Skincare starts at 3,000 pieces (5,000 with special packaging). For special cosmetic packaging components, the MOQ is 12,000 pieces. Stock products require a minimum of one carton; carton quantity varies by product.
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services including custom formula development, packaging design, label printing and private label branding - your brand name, your design, your product.
A sample development fee of CNY 1,000 applies to each new custom product. The fee is fully deductible from your bulk order payment. If you are not satisfied with the first sample, we can continue refining it for you. The fee is non-refundable if you do not proceed with bulk production.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce according to your formula, packaging and specifications. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we design and develop the product for you with our R&D capabilities, from formula to finished goods.
